Malvi, which is short for Malvavisco, which is the Spanish word for marshmallow

When I made my first batch of magenta, tangy-sweet hibiscus marshmallows I knew I'd never eat store-bought brands again. Sandwiching that hot pink piece of fluff between dark chocolate shortbread-style cookies seemed like the natural thing to do. My husband, Paris, suggested I call the cubical marshmallow-cookie sandwich Malvi, which is short for Malvavisco, which is the Spanish word for marshmallow. Now we joyfully continue the search for new flavor combinations, hunt down the best possible ingredients, and make Malvis in small batches from our Atlanta kitchen.

What ingredients are in Malvi?

Malvi uses top shelf ingredients including Taza Organic Chocolate, whole vanilla beans, organic flour, and rBST free butter. We use no corn syrup, artificial preservatives, or fake colorings so that we can offer pure, delicious flavors with no worries! We also use no eggs. For a full ingredients list please email .

Are Malvis Nut/Dairy/Gluten Free/Vegan?

Malvi marshmallows contain kosher gelatin and honey, and our petit beurre cookies have dairy and gluten ingredients. Most Malvis do not contain nuts, but nuts may be present in our cooking facilities.

How long will my Malvis last?

Malvis will stay delicious for four weeks upon arrival. You can extend your Malvis' shelf life by keeping them closed in an air-tight bag and refrigerating or freezing for up to 3 months. Our favorite Malvi hack is to warm them for 5 seconds in a microwave or 30 seconds in a toaster oven. Un-be-lievably good.

Can I create my own custom Malvi flavor?

We would love to work with you to create custom flavors and packaging options for your celebrations and events. Malvis make amazing wedding or shower favors, dessert table centerpieces, corporate gifts, and catering offerings. Email us at   or call for more information.
